Tom Tran is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in real estate property management. His journey from Vietnam to the United States in 1997 epitomizes the pursuit of the American dream. Starting with humble beginnings, He worked various low-paying jobs until his entrepreneurial drive led him to establish a successful nail salon business in 2002. Overcoming challenges, he expanded to own and manage eight salons in Houston while also overseeing a formidable workforce of over 100 personnel at the United States Postal Service.
In 2012, Mr Tran life underwent a profound transformation when I participated in the Financial Freedom seminar hosted by Lifestyles Unlimited. The knowledge and motivation. He acquired during that event sparked a newfound interest in real estate investment within me. At its zenith, he possessed and invested in close to 1,500 multi-family apartment units spread across 10 different cities.
By 2022, Mr Tran had founded Hexa Property Management, specializing in property management, and Integris Capital, with a primary focus on investment syndication.
Under Mr. Tom’s strategic leadership, HexaPM & Integris Capital have experienced tremendous growth, managing an estimated $50 million worth of real estate assets. He shoulders the responsibility of shaping the organizational structure, nurturing talent development, and leading the executive team in delivering top-tier services to their valued clients. Mr. Tom prioritizes integrity and transparency in all aspects of his life, extending these principles to his interactions with co-investors, friends, and, most importantly, his family.
